Nota de Imprensa FESAP
Subsídio de férias tem de ser pago de acordo com a Lei. Depois da declaração de inconstitucionalidade do artigo 29º do Orçamento do Estado para 2013, que suspendia o pagamento do subsídio de férias aos trabalhadores da Administração Pública, esperava‐se que esse pagamento fosse reposto com normalidade e em conformidade com a legislação em vigor.
