MEC não está a cumprir a lei

mec n está a cumprir leiA FNE enviou, no dia 27 de maio, ao Ministério da educação e Ciência (MEC) um ofício onde

explica os motivos pelos quais não vai indicar os serviços mínimos que deverão estar

garantidos durante a greve do próximo dia 17 de junho, uma vez que não foram assegurados

todos os procedimentos legalmente exigidos.

 

A FNE recordou, no documento enviado à tutela, que os procedimentos que levam à determinação dos serviços mínimos exigem,

nomeadamente, uma negociação entre as partes pelo que a ausência deste procedimento torna o processo ilegal. Uma vez que

não houve cumprimento das normas estabelecidas a decisão da FNE foi no sentido de não dar nenhum contributo.
