Os contratos de trabalho em funções públicas a termo resolutivo incerto, celebrados com fundamento em substituição temporária do trabalhador ausente, só cessam antes do termo do ano escolar, ou seja, antes de 31 de agosto, caso o docente substituído regresse ao serviço.

Tendo o SPZCentro conhecimento de que há 5 (cinco) sentenças que transitaram em julgado contabilizando o tempo de serviço dos docentes com contratos de trabalho em funções públicas a termo resolutivo incerto, a 31 de agosto, os efeitos dessas sentenças deverão ser estendidos a todos os docentes.

Assim, em Setembro, após abertura do ano judicial, o SPZCentro irá proceder de forma a que os docentes vejam esse direito reconhecido.

Nessa altura, o SPZCentro informará os sócios interessados em obter a extensão de efeitos dos documentos necessários.
