Ultrapassagens na carreira – índice 245
O SPZCentro enviou ao tribunal uma acção administrativa comum na defesa dos docentes que em 2010 se encontravam no índice 245 e deveriam em 2011 ter passado ao índice 299 mas, que por força do congelamento não foram reposicionados tendo sido ultrapassados por professores com menos tempo de serviço que passaram do índice 245 ao índice 272.
No seguimento desta e de outras acções e de muitas queixas de docentes contra esta ultrapassagem, vem agora o provedor de justiça tomar posição e pedir ao tribunal constitucional a fiscalização da constitucionalidade desta acção.
Assim, o SPZCentro aguarda com atenção o desenvolvimento desta situação, esperando que se faça justiça e se reponha a legalidade.
