Informamos os nossos associados que o SPZC tem em curso uma Ação Administrativa Comum, em defesa de todos os associados, a fim de colmatar as ultrapassagens decorrentes do artigo 43º do Decreto-lei 83-A/2014 de 23 Maio e para que possam ser reposicionados em escalão superior.

No entanto e por decisão judicial, só poderão ser considerados os associados cuja situação concreta fizer parte da referida acção.

Nesta concomitância solicita-se, aos nossos associados, docentes do quadro/nomeação definitiva que estejam numas das seguintes situações:

- posicionados no índice 151; ou

- que tenham mais de 4 anos de serviço efetivo e que estejam posicionados no índice 167;

E que pretendam ser partes na referida ação, que façam chegar ao SPZC, até ao próximo dia 16 de Janeiro, impreterivelmente, a seguinte documentação:

- Registo Biográfico atualizado;

- Última avaliação de desempenho com referência a formação contínua;

- Último recibo de vencimento.
