Face ao distanciamento do Governo relativamente às propostas e reivindicações da UGT na negociação da proposta de alteração aos regimes dos despedimentos por extinção do posto de trabalho e por inadaptação, o Secretariado Executivo da UGT emitiu um comunicado onde revela os motivos da rejeição desta alteração proposta pela tutela.

UGTFace ao distanciamento do Governo relativamente às propostas e reivindicações da UGT na negociação da proposta de alteração aos regimes dos despedimentos por extinção do posto de trabalho e por inadaptação, o Secretariado Executivo da UGT emitiu um comunicado onde revela os motivos da rejeição desta alteração proposta pela tutela.

Entende a UGT que o Governo mantém critérios subjetivos, centrados nas necessidades das empresas e não dos trabalhadores, e que resultam numa excessiva margem de discricionariedade dos empregadores.

Em comunicado a UGT considera que esta proposta diminui e precariza ainda mais a proteção dos trabalhadores.
