SPZC/FNE acordou hoje com a AEEP regulação dos horários dos professores do Ensino Particular e Cooperativo

O acordo prevê a redução de 4 horas de trabalho de estabelecimento para os professores dos estabelecimentos do ensino privado que optaram por organizar os horários por blocos de aulas de 60 minutos.

Prevê, ainda, que para os estabelecimentos de ensino particular e cooperativo que não efetuem a redução do horário de estabelecimento aos professores, em 4 horas semanais, estes obrigam-se a pagar estas horas como extraordinárias.

O SPZC e a FNE garantiram ainda com este acordo a negociação do Contrato Colectivo de Trabalho (CCT) ainda durante este ano, evitando que o mesmo caduque na sequência da denúncia apresentada pela AEEP em Maio do ano passado. Desta forma o SPZC e a FNE garantem que o sector do Ensino Particular e Cooperativo se mantenha regulado em termos laborais.

Prevê-se o início das negociações de revisão do CCT para Março do corrente ano.
