O SPZCentro/FNE vai continuar a sua política de exigência de revalorização e reclassificação de todas as categorias mais degradadas dos trabalhadores docentes e não docentes. Nesta negociação O SPZCentro/FNE vai, ainda, exigir a não existência de qualquer discriminação salarial entre docentes que estejam em funções e funções educativas.

Relativamente aos aumentos salariais os mesmos têm de garantir a não perda do poder de compra de todos os trabalhadores no presente ano bem como a recuperação do mesmo em relação à média de aumentos verificados no sector privado no ano de 2007.

Exortamos todos os trabalhadores docentes para a necessidade do reforço do SPZCentro com vista à construção de uma ampla unidade no sentido de conseguirmos as justas reivindicações que se impõem.
