SPZCentro aguarda com expectativa o Novo Estatuto do Aluno

Aguarda-se que o Novo Estatuto do Aluno chegue ao Parlamento muito brevemente. O Secretário de Estado da Administração Escolar referiu ontem na Comissão Parlamentar da Educação, Ciência e Cultura as ideias chave deste documento. Face a estas declarações o SPZC aguarda mais desenvolvimentos neste domínio

O SPZC sempre reivindicou, para um Estatuto do Aluno:

  • O reforço da autoridade do professor, através da especial protecção prevista na legislação e no código penal dos crimes praticados aos professores no exercício da sua função.
  • Conhecimento e respeito da autoridade do professor pelos encarregados de educação.
  • Respeito da autoridade do professor pelo aluno.
