SPZC não abre mão da vinculação de quem tem três ou mais anos

O Sindicato dos Professores da Zona Centro (SPZC) considera inaceitável a posição do Ministério da Educação e Ciência (MEC) ao não vincular todos os Professores e Educadores contratados que exerceram funções docentes durante pelo menos três anos.

Em face disso, o SPZC no âmbito da FNE manifestou a sua absoluta e profunda discordância com a posição assumida pelo MEC e continua a defender a aplicação da lei, ou seja, a vinculação de todos os docentes com pelo menos três anos de contratos.

Sem embargo de manter a sua oposição à decisão do MEC, foi possível obter por parte da tutela o compromisso da não ultrapassagem dos professores e educadores já pertencentes aos QZP pelos docentes que venham a entrar nos quadros. E, ainda, a abertura em 2015 de um concurso intercalar interno geral que permita a aproximação de muitos Educadores e Professores que agora se encontram a centenas de quilómetros das suas residências.

O SPZC/FNE não deixará de continuar empenhado na vinculação de todos os Educadores e Professores, fazendo cumprir a Lei.
