Professores poderão presidir ao Conselho Geral

A anterior posição era de exclusão dos professores da presidência do Conselho Geral. No dia 12 de Fevereiro, em entrevista, a ministra da Educação afirmou que essa decisão foi uma resposta aos pedidos dos conselhos executivos:

 

"Foi uma solicitação das escolas para que não haja duas caras e dois rostos a representar a escola na sua dimensão mais pedagógica".

De acordo com a responsável, o facto de um professor presidir ao Conselho Executivo e outro à Assembleia da Escola, o que acontece actualmente,

"provoca situações de conflito e a impossibilidade de uma gestão quotidiana tranquila".

 

Agora admite-se a possibilidade de Professores podem presidir ao Conselho Geral.
