Foi publicado hoje em Diário da República o Decreto-Lei nº139/2012 de revisão da estrutura curricular. A FNE considera que o novo diploma se distancia do objetivo principal de qualidade do ensino. Entendemos que se trata, antes de mais um instrumento de contenção orçamental, sem sustentação técnica e com demasiadas limitações determinadas pela necessidade de reduzir despesas com pessoal. O documento hoje publicado vem confirmar que se trata de uma revisão curricular conjuntural, episódica e voluntarista. Uma matriz que não garante nem a qualidade, nem a equidade do ensino. A FNE vê com muita preocupação estas mudanças.
