Foi publicado em Diário da República, 2.a série — N.º 48 — 7 de março de 2012, o parecer sobre Proposta de Revisão da Estrutura Curricular para o Ensino Básico e Secundário. "No uso das competências que por lei lhe são conferidas, e nos termos regimentais, após apreciação do projeto de Parecer elaborado pelos Conselheiros Fernando Bexiga, Maria Arminda Bragança e Maria Emília Brederode Santos, o Conselho Nacional de Educação, em reunião plenária de 23 de fevereiro de 2012, deliberou aprovar o referido projeto, emitindo assim o seu primeiro Parecer no decurso do ano de 2012"
