O SPZC apresentou queixa na Provedoria de Justiça exigindo dispensa do período probatório

SPZC exige dispensa do período probatório Nenhum docente com mais de dois anos de serviço, do público e do privado, pode ser prejudicado por falta de regulamentação legal

O Sindicato dos Professores da Zona Centro (SPZC) exige que sejam dispensados, do período probatório, todos os docentes que possuam mais de 730 dias de serviço docente prestado.

O SPZC apresentou na Provedoria de Justiça uma queixa que visa reconhecer a todos os docentes, quer do ensino público, quer do ensino privado, detentores dos requisitos previstos no Despacho do MEC n.º 9488/2015, a sua dispensa da realização do período probatório.

O SPZC não pode aceitar que docentes com dez, 15 e mais anos de serviço sejam obrigados à realização de um período probatório quando cumpriram todas as exigências que lhes eram exigidas em termos legais e estatutários.

O SPZC exige por isso que nenhum docente seja prejudicado por ausência de regulamentação, cuja omissão legislativa cabe exclusivamente à tutela.
