O novo diploma de concursos, negociado em março com a FNE, foi publicado em Diário da República

Decreto-Lei n.º 132/2012, de 27/Junho "Novo" Diploma de Concursos

- Seleção e Recrutamento do Pessoal Docente
- Procedimentos Necessários à Operacionalização da Mobilidade de Docentes

As novas regras destinadas ao recrutamento de docentes estão agora estabelecidas no decreto-lei 132/2012 e constituiu, para a FNE, o melhor documento de concursos desde 1980. Fica garantido o concurso a nível nacional para todos os candidatos e o novo diploma repõe a graduação profissional como elemento básico para as colocações. A possibilidade de permuta entre professores contratados foi outra das matérias contempladas no novo diploma e que corresponde a uma proposta da FNE.
