A estrutura da carreira e os salários dos docentes e dos trabalhadores não docentes foram as matérias que estiveram em discussão nesta sessão de trabalho. Estas são matérias estruturantes do CCT e que se revestem de uma enorme importância para a regulação das condições de trabalho destes profissionais deste subsistema de ensino.

A FNE tem consciência das dificuldades desta negociação, tendo em consideração que o ensino profissional se concretiza unicamente pelo financiamento do Estado, cujas verbas a atribuir a cada curso são baixas, condicionando à partida os recursos financeiros a afetar à estrutura de salários, quer dos professores, quer do pessoal não docente.

No entanto, para a FNE é fundamental que se termine de vez com os falsos recibos verdes, com os horários letivos de 40 horas semanais e com salários que em muitos casos rondam o salário mínimo nacional.

A FNE desenvolverá todos os esforços para chegar a um acordo sobre o primeiro CCT deste setor, com aplicação já em 2016.
