Publicado o Despacho n.º 6042/2012, de 8 de maio, que regulamenta a mobilidade por motivo de doença. Aguarda-se a publicação do Aviso de Abertura. Os docentes de carreira dos estabelecimentos de ensino da rede pública de Portugal Continental e das Regiões Autónomas podem, em mobilidade por motivo de doença ao abrigo da alínea a) do artigo 68.º do ECD aprovado pelo Decreto -Lei n.º 190 -A/90, de 28 de abril, na sua redação atual, ser deslocados para agrupamento de escolas ou escola não agrupada diverso daquele em que se encontram desde que reúnam um dos seguintes requisitos: ...
