FNE/ SPZC saúda decisão do Tribunal Constitucional

tribunal constitucionalA Federação Nacional de Educação congratula-se com a decisão do Tribunal Constitucional, conhecida hoje, e que considerou inconstitucional o decreto-lei que estabelece o regime jurídico da requalificação de trabalhadores em funções públicas.

Tal como a FNE/SPZC defendeu desde o início, este acórdão do TC determina que o novo regime viola o princípio de proteção de confiança dos trabalhadores do estado quanto à estabilidade do vínculo laboral.

Com esta decisão fica garantido o cumprimento da lei e da Constituição da República.
