Concurso Professor Titular

De acordo com a informação prestada em 19/11/2007 no site da DGRHE, encontram-se disponíveis para notificação as respostas aos recursos das listas de exclusão do concurso de acesso à categoria de Professor Titular, devendo os interessados entrar na aplicação consultando o respectivo recurso (https://concurso.dgrhe.min-edu.pt/NotificacaoPT)

Assim, tendo em conta o disposto na al. b) do nº 2 e nº 3 do artº 58º, conjugado com os artºs. 59º, 60º e 69º, todos do CPTA (Código do Processo nos Tribunais Administrativos), os interessados têm o prazo de três meses (a contar do dia 20/Novembro inclusive) para impugnar contenciosamente o indeferimento dos respectivos recursos.

O SPZCentro, através do seu Gabinete Jurídico, apoiará os seus associados que pretendam interpor a acção de impugnação contra aquele indeferimento.
