Artigo 103º do ECD

Alertamos todos os docentes que possam ainda ter nos seus registos biográficos, devido a faltas por doença, descontos indevidos para carreira ou concursos, feitos desde 20/01/2007, para a necessidade de verificarem a correcção dos mesmos e, se for caso disso, dirigirem-se ao SPZCentro a fim de serem apoiados juridicamente.

O pedido de correcção do RB deve ser feito por escrito através da minuta que o SPZCentro disponibiliza, e o indeferimento ao pedido deve ser exigido por escrito para que o apoio jurídico se possa concretizar.

De referir que, no que respeita à contagem para concurso, tal se aplica apenas aos anos civis de 2007 (20/01) a 2014 (31/08).
