No dia 29 de Abril de 2008, em Lisboa, reuniram as Comissões Negociadoras da CNIS – Confederação Nacional das Instituições de Solidariedade e da FSUGT – Frente dos Sindicatos da UGT com o objectivo da conclusão e celebração de acordo sobre as matérias de natureza pecuniária para 2008 e outras. Desta reunião saíram as tabelas salariais e restantes matérias de natureza pecuniária para o ano 2008, assim como a definição das 21 horas para o início do trabalho nocturno.

Quanto ao pagamento dos novos valores de retribuição e dos retroactivos que forem devidos, com efeitos a 1 de Janeiro de 2008, este fica dependente, como tem sucedido nos anos anteriores, da data do pagamento dos novos valores dos acordos de cooperação pela Segurança Social.
