O SPZCentro vai interpor uma Acção Administrativa Comum na defesa de todos os associados que viram indeferido o seu pedido de subsídio de compensação por caducidade do contrato de trabalho.

O primeiro passo a ser dado pelo professor é requerer o subsídio de compensação por caducidade do contrato de trabalho, tendo por base a minuta que se encontra em anexo.

Em caso de indeferimento, o associado deverá entregar a declaração de associado e a de autorização de representação pelo SPZCentro para que, até ao fim do mês de Outubro, seja interposta uma Acção Administrativa Comum contra o ME.
