É preciso ter tempo para ser Professor

O SPZCentro denuncia as arbitrariedades com que os professores estão a ser confrontados na organização do seu tempo de trabalho.

O clima vivido pelos professores nas escolas está a tornar-se insuportável, face ao desrespeito pelo tempo de trabalho dos professores, essencial para uma prática lectiva empenhada.

Os professores têm visto o seu tempo de trabalho ser completamente absorvido por um sem número de actividades que afectam o número mínimo de horas legalmente estatuído para a sua componente individual de trabalho.

Esta situação verdadeiramente inadmissível criada pelo ME e agora transferida para as Direcções das escolas, está a desconsiderar a acção essencial que aos professores está cometida, centrada na sua função educativa e para a qual o respeito pelo tempo dedicado à componente individual de preparação das actividades lectivas é essencial.

O SPZCentro exorta todos os professores para exigirem junto das escolas as compensações devidas, nos meses em que o tempo de trabalho efectivamente prestado na escola subtraia ou anule o tempo legalmente estabelecido para a componente individual de trabalho de cada professor.
