Alteração da Licença de Maternidade e Paternidade - Lei n.º 120/2015 altera a Lei 7/2009

Procede à nona alteração ao Código do Trabalho, aprovado pela Lei n.º 7/2009, de 12 de fevereiro, reforçando os direitos de maternidade e paternidade, à terceira alteração ao Decreto-Lei n.º 91/2009, de 9 de abril, e à segunda alteração ao Decreto-Lei n.º 89/2009, de 9 de abril
