Os professores merecem respeito!

Mobilidade por doença envolta em confusão.

O Sindicato dos Professores da Zona Centro (SPZC) está incrédulo com a desorientação que grassa no Ministério da Educação (ME), nesta fase tão importante do ano lectivo em que está em causa a colocação dos Educadores e Professores.

Para além da tardia comunicação dos deferimentos das mobilidades por doença, estão agora estes docentes confrontados com orientações contraditórias e lesivas dos seus direitos e que simultaneamente colocam em causa o início do ano lectivo com a previsibilidade e estabilidade que se deseja.

O SPZC não pode aceitar que docentes que foram colocados, nomeadamente no dia 29 de Agosto ao abrigo da mobilidade interna, tenham que aguardar a sua substituição, para poderem iniciar funções na escola em que foram colocados por mobilidade por doença.

É urgente que o ME resolva esta situação.

O SPZC enviou já ao ME um ofício a solicitar uma rápida decisão desta questão que acautele os direitos destes docentes.

Os Educadores e Professores e estes em particular, merecem um tratamento de respeito pela particularidade da sua situação pessoal.
