O Secretariado Nacional da FNE, reunido em Lisboa no dia 16 de setembro de 2015 em Lisboa, aprovou por unanimidade a Resolução: "NOVO ANO LETIVO, NOVA LEGISLATURA: EMPENHO NA DIGNIDADE DO TRABALHO, NA COESÃO SOCIAL E NA SOLIDARIEDADE"

3 - Solidariedade
4 - As condições de abertura do ano letivo
    4.1 - Concursos de docentes
    4.2 - Concursos para não docentes
    4.3 - Educação especial
    4.4 - Autonomia das escolas
    4.5 - Condições de trabalho
5 - Deslocações entre escolas para cumprimento do horário de trabalho
6 - Situação no ensino particular e cooperativo
