"A Oficina do Doce é um novo espaço exposicional e de demonstração em
Aveiro. Na Oficina do Doce terá a oportunidade de conhecer toda a
envolvente histórica associada aos Ovos Moles e outros tantos doces
conventuais da região de Aveiro. Um espaço exposicional didáctico,
históricamente representativo, onde terá o privilégio de ver ao vivo e
com muito encanto a arte e a magia do fabrico mais tradicional dos Ovos
Moles. Os mais arrojados e atrevidos terão a oportunidade de
experimentar e aventurar-se como doceiros à moda antiga, procedendo ao
enchimento e corte daqueles doces tão desejados e cobiçados. Na
sequência desta demonstração terá ainda um prazer mais aliciante e
cativante: provar estes doces deliciosos completamente grátis."
