Intervenção da FNE permitiu corrigir injustiças na RR2

Cerca de 48 horas depois de o SPZC/FNE, em reunião com a secretária de Estado Adjunta e da Educação, ter alertado a tutela para a situação injusta que estavam a ser alvo os docentes que tinham sido colocados na Reserva de Recrutamento 2, o Ministério da Educação acaba de enviar aos docentes em causa uma informação dando conta que o tempo de serviço vai retroagir a 1 de setembro.

Recorde-se que na passada segunda - feira, 19 de setembro, o SPZC/FNE chamou a atenção para a grave situação que estava a afetar os docentes colocados na 2.ª Reserva de Recrutamento (2.ª RR). Em causa estavam cerca de 2700 professores que não viram reconhecido o direito à continuação do vínculo contratual, uma vez que a publicitação da lista de colocações se verificou menos de 24 horas depois do encerramento do prazo de abertura do ano letivo.

O SPZC/ FNE congratula-se com esta decisão do ME, mas sublinha que esta era uma questão de justiça que exigia uma reparação imediata.
