A Assembleia da República, através da sua Resolução nº 72/2012 de 14-05-2012, recomenda a alteração do Decreto-Lei n.º 338/2007, de 11 de outubro, para possibilitar o ingresso na carreira docente de todos os professores de técnicas especiais titulares de uma relação jurídica de emprego público por tempo indeterminado

A Assembleia da República resolve, nos termos do n.º 5 do artigo 166.º da Constituição, recomendar ao Governo que proceda à alteração do Decreto-Lei n.º 338/2007, de 11 de outubro, possibilitando o ingresso na carreira docente de todos os professores de técnicas especiais titulares de uma relação jurídica de emprego público por tempo indeterminado.
